The Open-Bible Connection Group
This group is known for their in-depth studying of God's word. Their name reflects this passion. The name is hyphenated because it reflects two meanings. First of all, this class is opened to both singles and married couples. Based on the best information we could find, this was the first designated couples class in the history of our church. However, over a period of time, they began to have requests from singles to attend and chose to accept anyone who wished to come. That is how they became the "open" class. Secondly, from day one, they put a heavy emphasis on in-depth, expository and topical Bible study that was applicable to practical and daily living. That is still their emphasis today. They are currently using the "Bible Studies for Life" Curriculum and meet in the Education Building. Dennis Coxwell leads this group.

This group recognized that there were many who were associated with FBC Warrenton but did not attend Sunday School/Connection Groups. They felt led to begin a new class with the purpose of connecting with those who did not have a Connection Group home. The Lord has blessed their efforts and their fellowship.
